In the event that you have to sell your home and move across the country believe me when I say that the headache is not worth it. The transition itself is ridiculous making sure that everything is taken care of that you can physically move but then have to worry about the things that you aren't able to see is another thing. The constant barrage of back and forth conversations and the inability to actually see the issues causes so much stress. In a way its like just give the damn thing away because I don't want to hear about it anymore. It's never as easy as it should be especially if you're not working consistently either. The small things become catastrophically huge and start to diminish the already fragile mindset. Nevertheless, there is always a way out and its not always as bleak as it may seem. Just find a little reprieve in something (constructive) and then come back to the issue with a clear mind. At least that's how I try and deal with the stress from 1500 miles away.
